He is a perfectionist in the Art of Classical form with ultra-modern concepts. He was responsible for the some of the key projects in Trinidad which include the Head Offices for the Coosals Group of Companies, The Head Offices for the Guyana Bank of Trade and Industry, Refurbishment of Republic Bank Ellerslie Plaza, The Caribbean Court of Justice, The Head Offices for the Chaguanas Borough Corporation, The Spanish and the Australian Embassies, Residents of Canadian Embassy, Residents of Neverland Embassy, New India Insurance Building and numerous other major projects in Trinidad. He was also responsible for the entire development program for the Guyana Bank of Trade and Industry over the past fifteen years. It is known that the provision of architectural services to the banking industry involves the provision of high-quality buildings with demanding deadlines. Mr. Bhogal has specialized in providing this quality of service over the years.

He has over 50 years of experience in Architecture. Having worked in England, Denmark and Trinidad and Tobago on major development projects.
