Currently a director of KS&P Ltd, Michelle Dubay-Mohess has been committed to the Engineering profession for the past twenty-two years. After graduating from the University of the West Indies in 1999 with First Class Honours, she joined KS&P Ltd as a Graduate Engineer, where a few of her early Projects included the restoration works of the Bacolet Hotel in Tobago, the Head Office for Ernst and Young and the Renault Showroom. More recent works include the Victoria Keyes Housing Development, The Arthur Lok Jack School of Business, the Head Office for Sagicor in San Fernando, New India Head Offices and the UTT Campus.
In 2001, after acquiring two years of practical design and construction experience in the industry, Michelle was awarded the prestigious Shell Scholarship and pursued her postgraduate studies at Imperial College London where she competed her Master of Science degree in Structural Steel Design in 2002 with Distinction.
Having returned to KS&P she then went on to acquire her Project Management Professional qualification and has worked in this role at KS&P on Projects such as the upgrade of WASA pumping stations, five Sporting facilities across the country and the UTT Aviation Campus at Camden. She obtained her second Masters Degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution with Distinction in 2022. She has also been a member of APETT for twenty two years and is a Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago.
At present she is a director of KS&P Ltd and remains active in Engineering practice, working with the development of young graduates.
